What is your return policy?

 

Returning an item couldn’t be easier!

 

Products purchased on selene-jewelry.com may be exchanged or returned to selene jewelry, up to ten days from the date of receipt.

 

We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the original Selene packaging.

 

All the personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

 

How do I exchange or return a product?

Please contact us by email by clicking selene.swiss@gmail.com to request an exchange or a return to Selene Jewelry. One of our Dedicated Advisor will send you the instructions.

 

Please note that for exchanges and returns to Selene Jewelry, you may use your preferred carrier with tracking services and insurances to secure your package. Selene Jewelry will not be responsible for any loss during the transportation. Selene Jewelry is not responsible for the carrier fees for exchanges and returns to selene-jewelry.com

 

 

Can I exchange or return a customized item?

 

If the production process of your personalized jewel has not started yet, you can modifiy or cancel your order.


Unfortunately, orders for customized products cannot be modified, cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once the production process had started.

 

 

When will I receive my refund?
 

The refund will be issued within five business days after the returned product has been delivered to our warehouse for inspection, via the original method of payment by the customer.

 

Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase and the return shipping charges are non-refundable.
